MyTrades (mytrades.fbinvestor.com) is a trading journal and performance-analytics platform. It lets you record trades, import broker execution files, keep a daily journal, and analyze your own historical performance.
MyTrades is not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, financial advisor, or trading-signal provider. It does not execute orders, hold funds, or recommend securities or other investments.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You retain ownership of the trade records, journal entries, screenshots and other content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process that content solely to operate the service.
You can export your trades at any time and may request deletion of your account and its data.
Do not misuse the service: no unauthorized access attempts, no uploading of malicious files, no use of the service to violate law or third-party rights, and no reselling of the service without permission.
All statistics, analytics and reports are derived from data you supply and describe past performance only. They are educational information, not a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyTrades and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
