Account data: name, email address and a hashed password (passwords are stored using bcrypt and are never readable by us).
Journal data: the trades, executions, notes, tags, screenshots and settings you create or import.
Technical data: session tokens, and basic request metadata (such as user-agent) used to secure your account.
Solely to operate MyTrades for you: authenticating you, storing your journal, computing your analytics, and securing the service. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use your trading data for advertising.
Data is stored on our own infrastructure with encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, per-user data isolation, and access limited to the service itself.
Your data is retained while your account is active. You may export your trades at any time and request deletion of your account, which removes your journal data from the live system.
